Senior Computer Science Student Griffin J. Hurt has been named a 2024 Graduate Research Fellowship Program (GRFP) scholar.
The program supports graduate students pursuing research-based master’s and doctoral degrees in NSF-supported STEM fields. About 2,000 fellowships are selected from 14,000 applicants. Hurt was one of the eight recipients from Pitt this year. Pitt also had 17 honorable mentions.
