Please be aware that this is not all topics that may be tested, and
that the format of this practice test is not the same as the format
of the final. Feel free to email me any questions you have.
- (11/30/05):
Project 5 is assigned, due Friday, December 8th by the start of
class. A copy of the assignment can be found below.
Additionally, I have placed a public domain OGG file (free audio
format, somewhat like MP3) in the ~jrmst106/public/cs132 directory
that has an ID3 tag attached. It's less than 2 megs, so it should
fit in your directory if you would like to practice on it.

Project 4 is assigned, due Monday, November 28th by the start of
class. A copy of the assignment can be found below.
- (10/21/05):
An update to the tarfile for project 3 has been released. Re-get the
tarfile. The change adds a callback to your code when the opponent
requests a card from you. See the comments and usage of void
notify_player(int card) and void notify_dealer(int card)
You can use these functions to help with your intelligent playing.

Welcome to CS 0132 in the Fall 2005 term. The course packet for the
C portion of the course is $36, and is in fact cheaper than The C
Programming Language. If you want to use it, that is fine. The
UNIX book is $70.
