Why did you become a UTA? To provide the support that new students need to achieve in their major.

What is the best advice you would give to a student who may need additional support? Make sure you take advantage of the resources that Pitt makes available and don't be afraid to ask for help if you get stuck on a class or project.

What is the best study tip you have for a student taking the course you UTA for? The most important takeaway for CMPINF-0401, and indeed most programming courses, is to learn how to break down a problem and recognize the patterns that lead you to a solution, not memorizing the syntax of a specific coding language.

Why should students come to your UTA office hours? If you're stuck on an assignment or subject, I can assist you in breaking down the problem into steps, then help guide you through the development process so you end up both asking and answering the right questions you need to succeed.

What is your favorite thing about the subject you UTA for? My brain is very analytical, and the process of meeting an impossible challenge by fragmenting it into smaller challenges and integrating those solutions into one grand solution is extremely fulfilling to me.
