Why did you become a UTA? I always enjoyed helping others and this felt like a good way to do so. I now have the opportunity to help people with something I know very well. Also, I wanted to give back for the time that my previous TAs put in to help me. I know how much it meant to me so I hope to provide that to you.

What is the best advice you would give to a student who may need additional support? Don't be afraid to reach out and ask for help. It is always daunting. It is hard for me to do it myself, but I know that if you do reach out for help when you need it you won't regret it!

What is the best study tip you have for a student taking the course you UTA for? While you won't necessarily be implementing sorts or using backtracking recursion every day. It will pop up down the line and you will want to be prepared, as well as your employers want you to be prepared. So put in the work now to understand the information now and it will pay off down the road.

Why should students come to your UTA office hours? Office hours are a great way to reinforce topics you learned in class, work on projects and get feedback on what you need to do from someone who has taken this class before, and just ask general questions not necessarily related to the class.

What is your favorite thing about the subject you UTA for? I loved this class when I took it. I find the information to be very interesting and as I said earlier, this class is so important for your CS career.
