Ishvaraus Davis

Ishvaraus is an engineer, entrepreneur, investor, and social justice advocate with a passion for innovation. He currently works at Meta in the intersection of engineering and strategy within the digital advertising space. As a B2B subject matter expert, Ish leads the technology vertical by supporting some of the largest companies in the world, while also driving software projects internally. Previous to this, he worked as a software engineer within IBM where he focused on the security infrastructure of IBM Cloud.

In addition to his professional pursuits, Ish has focused his energy on making impactful contributions to community initiatives. He's worked extensively with programs like YCore & Code2040 to mentor youth, create programs, & advocate for positive change. Most recently he partnered with the University of Pittsburgh to create Underrepresented Minorities in Computing and, in addition, joined the School of Computing’s alumni board. In the future he plans to leverage his experience and connections to create a nonprofit with a focus on supporting his community.
