Luis Filipe Nunes Quaresma de Oliveira joined our department in August 2020 as a Teaching Assistant Professor. During his PhD, Luis worked mainly on wireless communications for data exchange and localisation in the context of Mobile Cyber-Physical systems. He joined the University of Pittsburgh as a postdoc in 2016 where he worked on Occam, a project focused on the preservation and archival of software-based scientific workflows. Since September 2019, has been teaching in the CS department of the School of Computing and Information at the University of Pittsburgh

Specific Research Interests

Dr. Oliveira's current research interests are preservation and reproducibility of software-driven experimental workflows, real-time systems, and RF-based localization.
