Software Installations and Upgrades

(From the blogs of the software TA) Spending nights over it :))

During the week of Apr 09 - Apr 16, the following upgrades/installations were undertaken:

The directory for installation was /usr/local/contrib/bin

lynx was installed on blitz/javalab machines (lynx user guide).
wget was installed on blitz/javalab machines (wget tutorial).
