Software Installations and Upgrades

During the week of Mar 12 - Mar 19, the following upgrades/installations were undertaken:

The directory for installation was /usr/local/contrib/jpegtool

The jpegtool for Matlab and Octave was installed on the elements machines (The jpegtool package).
To utilize the files in this directory, you need to add this to the path where Matlab and Octave search for the *.m files.
