Research Interests:
I am working under Dr. Milos Hauskrecht on a Bioinformatics
Project. We propose to learn knowledge model from text corpus and apply
it in biomedical domain. So far we have applied the model in biomedical
document retrieval. Beside this, I also worked in several other research
areas:
- Question
Answering (Event-based Retrieval)
- Machine
Translation (Evalaution Metric)
- Speech
Recognition (Speaker Adaptive Recognition)
- Database
Indexing (High-dimensional indexing)
- Image
Processing (OCR/Logo detection)
