Research Interests

My research interests are in Computer Architecture. In particular, I am interested in resource management in Multi-Core systems, Embedded Systems and Fault-Tolerant Design. I also have interests in network topics related with packet Forwarding and classification engines.
I have involved in some interesting research projects including Fault-tolernat caches, CMP simulator development and the IP-lookup and packet classification problems. Currently, I am working on high performance CMPs for multithreaded applicetions. I am a member of the Computer Architecture, Systems and Technology Laboratory (CAST Lab) . The head of the Lab - and my primary advisor - is Dr. Sangyeun Cho. I am also co-advised by Prof. Rami Melhem.
