I am a first year graduate student in the Intelligent Systems program. I work with Dr. Madhavi Ganapathiraju in the Department of Biomedical Informatics on tools for large scale explorative pattern mining in genomic data and on Machine Learning solutions for predicting protein-protein interactions. I am basically from Chennai, India. I did my bachelors in Computer Science & Engineering at PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore. Then I worked at Trilogy E-Business Software, Bangalore for nearly 2 years.
