My research is in use of machine learning methods to analyze proteomic and genomic data. Currently, I am working with mass spectrum data of patients with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis. I am investigating wrapper approaches to feature selection, alignment of mass spectral profiles and the integration of biological knowledge into data analysis.

My advisor is Dr. Vanathi Gopalakrishnan. I also work with Professor Robert Bowser, Eric Williams, Jonathan Lustgarten and Professor Bruce Buchanan.
