For non-CS students, the goal of these assignments is to team them up with someone who has programming experience (i.e., a CS grad), while learning how to communicate with such partners.
For CS grads, the goal is to get them through the basics of generating 2D and 3D images, while learning how to communicate with scientists from other disciplines. There will only be 3 assignments. These are not programming assignments per se, but rather brief tutorials to go through.
