Important: The VM image is currently missing a fonts package which causes the graphing labels to appear as dots. To fix this you need to install the xfonts-100dpi package in the VM. To do so run the following command, and then reboot the VM:

> sudo apt install xfonts-100dpi

Prerequisites

• Required: CS1550, Introduction to Operating Systems
• Required: Knowledge of C and C++
• Highly Recommended: Unix development experience (gcc, gdb, make, etc)
• Recommended: Unix systems programming experience

Grading

• 50% Project
• 20% Midterm
• 20% Final
• 10% Homework
