How to run PrjRemote

If anyone having a trouble to run prjremote, here is the steps I did, and it worked well.
my machine is windows and x64

1) installed /Libraries/vcredist_x64_VS2012.exe & /Libraries/vcredist_x64_VS2013.exe, 
2) installed jdk1.8 (JDK 8 is the one)
3) setup permanent java path into your system
4) run runserver
5) run runinitializer
6) run prjremote, and it works well
