Scrum Meetings

Sprint Planning Meeting:

Its purpose is to define the goal of the sprint and create the sprint backlog.
Its participants include product owner, scrum master, design team, representative from the development team.

Daily Standup:

Its purpose is to discuss progress in terms of what has been done and what will be done.
Its participants include the Scrum Master, the design team and the development team.

Backlog Grooming:

Its purpose is to assess the completeness of the stories, go over the designs and assess their ablity to implement them.
Its participants are the entire scrum team.

Review:

Its purpose is to demonstrate the sprint's outcomes. Its participants include the entire scrum team, managers, stakeholders and customers.

Sprint Retrospective:

Its purpose is to inspect what went through the sprint and plan improvement for the next sprint Its participants include the Scrum Master, and the design and development team.
