Create a 2 page CONSISTANT website for my video rental store. Include:

1. Create in a Dreamweaver Site
2. Layout IN TABLES
3. May use template
4. A navigation bar
5. Style sheet for colors
6. Images in images folder
7. The second page should be a "join the DVD club" page where users can enter their name & address into a form and the data will be sent via e-mail to smith@hotdvds.com (do this only after you have studied the notes on forms)
8. Publish site.
