I am currently a Software Engineer for Intel Corp. in Santa Clara, CA.

I defended my Ph.D. dissertation, Dynamic Binary Translation for Embedded Systems with Scratchpad Memory on 11/11/11. In my research I used the Strata DBT framework. My research advisor was Dr. Bruce Childers.

I was born in Peru, in the city of Ica, where I grew up. After finishing high school, I moved to Lima, where I spent the next six and a half years. In 2002 I earned a BS in Informatics Engineering at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. I came to Pittsburgh in the fall of 2003. I was initially advised by Dr. Markus Mock.
