Position: Web Developer
Reports To: Project Lead
Status: Exempt

Position Overview:
Industry Weapon is currently recruiting for a professional experienced in DHTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX, DOM, and cross-browser development. Candidate will be focusing on, but not limited to, Internet Explorer compatibility development. The candidate will be working in our rapid deployment environment to develop websites, applications, and databases. Experience working in a team environment is critical for this position. 
Education:
Bachelors Degree in related field.

Experience:
While not required, other skill sets that are desirable include XML, MySQL, PHP, Flex and Object-oriented programming.

Required Skills:
Extraordinary problem solving ability, but know when to ask for assistance or advice, with a strong attention to detail. Well-developed analytical and problem solving abilities with the ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
