The workshop proceedings will be published by ACM All submissions will be handled electronically. Abstracts should be in plain text (max. 200 words) and e-mailed to mobide@cs.pitt.edu by 11:59pm on March 15, 1999. Along with the abstract, the authors should provide a set of keywords.
A PostScript or PDF copy of the paper or panel proposal should be emailed to mobide@cs.pitt.edu by 11:59pm on March 30, 1999. Papers should be at most 10 double-spaced pages in fonts not smaller than 11pt, or at most 3000 words. The format of your submission must be for US Letter printing (8.5 by 11 inches). Note A4 is not equivalent to US Letter (see http://www.cs.pitt.edu/mobide for more details). Panel proposals should not exceed 3 pages including a summary of the topic and the names and affiliations of the panelists. |
