The Industry Board objectives for industry include:
- Supporting the Department of Computer Science
- Influencing course curriculum to facilitate the company hiring of qualified candidates
- Building an awareness of member organizations within faculty as well as student body
- Building a business environment to attract and retain
prospective students and employees
Current Initiatives
Security Center of Excellence
The proposed Security Center of Excellence will provide
courses in security to area companies. In addition,
the Center will offer assessment and certification of
security level to any company.
