Abstract

Come learn more about PeriOptimum, a Pittsburgh based technology company that was recently named as one of the top 50 technology companies in Southwestern Pennsylvania. PeriOptimum provides technology oriented products and services that help hospitals improve surgical throughput. Some of our products and services include:

- PathFinder: A comprehensive perioperative real-time workflow management and patient tracking system, continuously communicates the status of an entire perioperative environment to all stakeholders. PathFinder provides detailed minute-to-minute data that helps to easily manage everything that is going on right now.

- SCIP (Surgical Capacity Improvement Program): Through the subscription of SCIP, valuable, actionable, and timely information is continuously delivered to decision-makers in surgical services. SCIP is the framework through which all variables in the OR can be isolated, analyzed, and improved. More than a technological application, it is a methodology of continuous process improvement for surgical services and includes data analysis tools, process improvement methodologies, and decision-support services.
