Get together, get creative, have fun and express your ideas and
memories about CS or the CS Department! Entertain us and win great prizes!

We are now accepting entries for the CS Day 5th Annual Digital Media Contest!

The two best Digital Media entries will be awarded and win a special prize. All submissions will be evaluated by a committee comprised of CS faculty, staff, and representatives from CS student organizations.

Digital Media Details:

*Great video/graphic clips of less than 5 minutes.
*Cool still graphic images, and interactive graphic work are solicited.
*Any theme related to CS or life at CS Pitt is welcome.
*Any classwork performed at Pitt CS is welcome.
*Group work is particularly encouraged.

Submission Deadline:

  • Monday, March 7, 2011; submission of title and brief summary (email).
  • Saturday, March 12, 2011; submission of final work.
  • Friday, March 18, 2011 (CS Day); presentation of the finalists.


Submission Instructions:

  • Please try to name the submitted file in a manner that would identify the contact author (e.g., using the pitt.edu username as part of the filename).
  • If you are interested in submitting your work, please prepare a title and a brief summary of the content and send the information by March 7, 2011 to: Dr. Jingtao Wang
