CALL FOR PAPERS
** DEADLINE EXTENDED TO FRIDAY, DECEMBER 22 **
The 11th Annual Workshop on the Interaction between Compilers and Computer Architecture
In conjunction with
the IEEE 13th International Symposium on High-Performance Computer Architecture
Sunday, February 11, 2007
Phoeniz, Arizona

List of accepted papers. A detailed program will be available soon.
Effective compilers allow more efficient execution of application programs on a given computer architecture. On the other hand, well-conceived architectural features can support more effective compiler optimization techniques. Good interaction between compilers and computer architectures is key to successful design of highly efficient and effective computer systems. This workshop is to promote new ideas and present recent developments in compiler techniques and computer architectures that enhance each other's capabilities and performance. Papers are solicited on any aspect of interaction between compilers/software tools and architectures in the design of general-purpose and embedded microprocessors, multiprocessors, and other parallel computer systems. Example topics of interest are listed below. We also welcome submissions on other topics related to the workshop.
Accepted papers will be published in a digest of papers to be distributed at the workshop. We are also planning a special journal issue on the workshop topics. More details to come soon.
The deadline for submissions is EXTENDED to December 22, 2006. Papers may be submitted by e-mail to the program chair.
This call for papers is available in PDF format.
